Frago Impex Sdn Bhd has been established in Malaysia 1992 as a trading company in surgical and dental instruments. We market the instruments with the brand name BENZ (Stainless Steel). We have started our business in 4 steps :-
1st we start to sell the instruments to our dealers who directly sell to the
hospital, medical centers and clinics. In this age, we feel little bit problem about the quality of instruments. Then we change the exporters to get better quality. as Our Managing director belongs to Pakistan - Sialkot that is the house of surgical and dental instruments.
2nd we export to other countries. In this step we exported to France.
But we couldn't get enough markets around the world because we depend on other people to manufacture.
3rd we directly approach to surgeons to get more experience about their requirements. This step gives us lot of knowledge, information's, experience which we use in 4th step.

4th The step: we started our own manufacturing for the instruments to
get the following goals. · Improve the Quality · Maintain the Quality · Competitive Price · Delivery in Time For long run business. Now we offer surgical and dental instruments to all over the world with fully confident about the Quality, Price, and Delivery in Time.
